The municipal enterprise Kharkiv City Bureau of Technical Inventory of the Kharkiv City Council, as a modern enterprise for the registration of real estate objects located in the city of Kharkiv, was founded in October 1943 and is currently the leading real estate company.

The company independently carries out its business activities on the basis of full economic accounting and self-financing in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the Charter.

The main activities of the enterprise are the maintenance and storage of an archive of inventory cases, privatization cases, registration files created before December 31, 2012, for real estate objects located in the territory of Kharkiv; storage of the archive of registration books, an alphabetical card file, as of December 31, 2012, on owners of houses located in the territory of Kharkov; providing information from archival materials stored by the company, including on a contractual basis; providing copies of technical inventory materials to the request of business entities that conduct technical inventory of real estate, including on a contractual basis; intermediary activities, including the sale or purchase, leasing of real estate, provision of assistance services in the field of technical inventory of real estate objects.
